Challenge

Love Sweat Fitness faced challenges with their website's user experience and performance. The site was not optimized for mobile users, leading to high drop-off rates. Additionally, the existing design did not fully leverage conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, and the overall messaging was not effectively driving user engagement and conversions.

What we did

We redesigned key pages of the Love Sweat Fitness website, including the homepage, collections, product detail pages (PDP), navigation, cart, and app landing page. Our focus was on improving site speed, optimizing for mobile devices, and enhancing the overall user experience. We implemented apps like Tolstoy for user-generated content and Rebuy for personalized product recommendations, which helped to create a more engaging and seamless user journey
